Squarespace, New Relic, and Everbridge reports 📒

Squarespace, the all-in-one website building and eCommerce platform, announced Q3 of the financial year 2022. Revenues rose 8.3% year-over-year to $217.7 million vs. $215.79 million S&P Capital IQ Consensus. But EPS was much lower than the market expectations. It was reported at $0.07, $0.15 worse than estimates of $0.22.

Net income was $10.1 million vs. $2.8 million a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA was $43.7 million vs. $38.4 million a year ago.

The average revenue per unique subscription ("ARPUS") increased 4% year-over-year to $206.38. Annual run rate revenue ("ARRR") increased 9% year-over-year to $861.4 million.

Company issues in-line guidance for Q4 and sees Q4 revenue of $219-224 million vs. $225.17 million S&P Capital IQ Consensus.

For the full fiscal year 2022, Squarespace expects revenue of $857 million to $862 million, or year-over-year growth of 9% to 10%.

New Relic, the all-in-one observability platform, reports Q2 non-GAAP earnings of $0.13 per share, $0.19 better than the S&P Capital IQ Consensus of ($0.06). Revenues rose 16.0% year-over-year to $226.91 million vs. the expectations of $222.51 million.

Non-GAAP operating income was $6.9 million, compared to a $(6.4) million loss one year ago, an increase of $13.3 million year-over-year, and an increase of $24.0 million quarter-over-quarter.

The company sees Q3 non-GAAP EPS of $0.14-0.17, vs. $0.14 S&P Capital IQ Consensus. And expects revenue of $230-235 million vs. $235.63 million S&P Capital IQ Consensus.

New Relic issues mixed guidance for FY23, sees non-GAAP EPS of $0.16-0.22 vs. $0.09 S&P Capital IQ Consensus. The company sees revenue of $912-920 million vs. $920.52 million S&P Capital IQ Consensus.

Everbridge, the global leader in critical event management (CEM), reported strong Q3 results. They recorded earnings of $0.27 per share, excluding non-recurring items, which is $0.11 better than the S&P Capital IQ Consensus of $0.16. 15.1% year-over-year revenue growth was reported at $111.4 million vs. the market expectation of $110.74 million.

Non-GAAP operating profit was $9.8 million vs. $2.2 million for Q3 2021.

The company issued guidance for Q4 and sees EPS of $0.30-0.31, excluding non-recurring items, vs. $0.16 S&P Capital IQ Consensus. They expect Q4 revenue from $116.0-116.4 million vs. $116.08 million S&P Capital IQ Consensus.

For the full financial year 2022, Everbridge sees EPS between $0.59 to $0.60 and revenue in the range of $430.8 to $431.2 million.

Zoom Video Communications is upgrading its videoconferencing platform with a new set of email and calendar features at the company's annual Zoomtopia 2022 product event.

The company is rolling out its own internally developed email and calendar services. The Zoom Mail Service offers up to 100 gigabytes of inbox storage capacity and end-to-end encryption features.

The Zoom Mail and Calendar Clients (beta) will let any Zoom user (free or paid) access their existing email accounts from third-party email services directly in the Zoom desktop app.

Zoom also introduced an AI assistant, Zoom Virtual Agent, for customer support requests and new developer tools.

Zoom IQ is also updated with a new training feature, Zoom IQ Virtual Coach, for the sales team.

Procore Technologies, the world's most widely used construction management software provider, announced its launch in Germany to accelerate its international expansion. The launch will help Germany and neighboring countries to operate more efficiently.
