Five9 records 28.5% growth in Q3 but lowers Q4 forecast (3 minutes read)

Five9, a leading call center software provider, announced Q3 2022 results. Reported 28.5% year-over-year growth to $198.34 million, better than the market expectations of $195.69 million. Non-GAAP EPS was recorded at $0.39, $0.04 better than the S&P Capital IQ Consensus of $0.35.

Adjusted EBITDA was $36.7 million, or 18.5% of revenue, compared to $27.4 million, or 17.8% of revenue, for Q3 of 2021.

Company issues downside guidance for Q4 and expects non-GAAP EPS of $0.40-$0.42, vs. $0.51 S&P Capital IQ Consensus. And sees Q4 revenue of $204-$205 million vs. $215.72 million S&P Capital IQ Consensus.

For the full year 2022, Five9 is looking at GAAP EPS between $1.35 to $1.37 and revenue in the range of $774.5 to $775.5 million.

DigitalOcean tops Q3 EPS by $0.15 (3 minutes read)

DigitalOcean, the cloud for developers, start-ups, and SMBs, announced earnings of $0.38 per share in Q3 of 2022, $0.15 better than the S&P Capital IQ Consensus of $0.23. Revenue increased 36.5% year-over-year to $152.1 million vs. $147.75 million S&P Capital IQ Consensus. 41% ARR growth was recorded at $640.6 million.

DigitalOcean completed a share repurchase program of 1.1 million shares in the quarter.

Company issues downside guidance for Q4 and sees EPS of $0.18-$0.19 vs. $0.27 S&P Capital IQ Consensus. And expects Q4 revenue of $160-$162 million vs. $167.96 million S&P Capital IQ Consensus.

The company sees non-GAAP diluted net income per share of $0.79 to $0.80 and total revenue of $573 to $575 million for the full year 2022.

Monday.com officially opened a new North American office in Miami with over 3,000 square feet.

It will provide essential customer support and serve as a critical hub for growing monday.com Partner Ecosystem across Latin America.
